Meet Selah Corcoran, MFT Intern

Whether you're facing ongoing conflict, feeling emotionally disconnected, or simply want to strengthen your relationship, Selah is here to help guide the conversation.

Relationships Take Work. You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone.

Virtual Couples Therapy in Texas & Virginia

Every relationship goes through difficult seasons.

Maybe you're having the same argument over and over. Maybe communication feels impossible. Maybe you're sharing a home but feeling miles apart.

The good news? Struggling doesn't mean your relationship is failing—it often means you've reached a point where you need new tools, support, and a safe place to reconnect.

At Affinity Triangle Therapy, Selah Corcoran provides affordable virtual couples therapy for couples in Texas and Virginia, helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship together.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

You love each other, but lately...

  • "Why do we keep having the same fight?"

  • "Why does it feel like we're roommates instead of partners?"

  • "Why can't we communicate without it turning into an argument?"

  • "I don't feel heard."

  • "I feel like I'm carrying the entire relationship."

  • "We love each other, but something feels missing."

  • "How do we rebuild trust after we've been hurt?"

  • "Are we growing apart?"

  • "Can couples therapy actually help us?"

  • "Is it too late to fix our relationship?"

If you've asked yourself any of these questions, you're not alone.

Many couples wait months—or even years—before seeking help, hoping things will improve on their own. Therapy gives you a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and learn healthier ways to connect.
