Working With Us
At our practice, we believe therapy should feel approachable, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Our team includes licensed clinicians, residents, and interns with a wide range of specialties. Whether you’re looking for marriage and family therapy, individual support, or specialized care for women and youth, we have a clinician who’s the right fit for you.
Your first session is all about you—your story, your goals, and what led you to seek support. Your clinician will guide you through the therapy process, discussing expectations, confidentiality, and policies so you feel informed and comfortable. Together, you’ll set goals and create a plan for moving forward. In the sessions that follow, be prepared to reflect, grow, challenge yourself, and accomplish things you never thought possible.
Our approach is simple: You are in the driver’s seat. Therapy is your journey, and we’re here to support you in achieving your goals and feeling better in a way that works for you.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next, therapy can help. It’s not about having everything figured out—it’s about having a space where you can breathe, process, and start making sense of things with someone who truly listens. You don’t have to handle everything alone, and reaching out isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a step toward clarity and relief.
-
Your first session isn’t about diving into solutions right away—it’s about getting to know you, your story, and what brought you here. Your clinician will ask questions, but more importantly, they’ll listen. You’ll talk about what you hope to change, what’s been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now. You’ll also go over confidentiality and what therapy will look like moving forward, so you can feel grounded and safe in the process.
