Justine has years of experience providing customer support and enjoys finding thoughtful, efficient ways to support both clients and the team. She approaches her work with the belief that small, caring interactions can make a big difference. Her goal is to help every client feel comfortable, supported, and guided as they take their first steps into therapy.

How Justine can help:

  • Provides 15-minute consultations about Clinicians and therapy options

  • Assists clients with Scheduling, Portal Set-Up, Documents, and Billing

  • Responds to Phone Calls, Chat Requests, and Emails

  • Looks to improve Client experience and satisfaction
